About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst & Data Reporting Specialist who excels in data organization, Excel analysis, and the creation of meaningful management insights and dashboards. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys transforming raw information into clear, actionable reporting that supports decision-making. This position plays a key role in preparing accurate datasets, maintaining reporting dashboards, and equipping leadership with well-structured information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Analytics or a related field
  • Experience in financial data analysis and business financial performance
  • Strong writing, communication, presentation skills, and the ability to influence and convince others.
  • Must be self-motivated, possess excellent communication and organization skills and interact effectively with all levels within the organization
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, basic modeling, charts).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to translate data into clear summaries, visuals, and insights.
  • Strong organization and administrative coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and certification in Tableau, Power BI, or other dashboard/reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, manage, clean, and organize operational and financial data from multiple sources to maintain key performance, reporting, and performance monitoring to support business needs.
  • Build and maintain Excel and Tableau-based reports, trackers, and scorecards to provide visibility into key metrics.
  • Prepare and format data for leadership presentations and internal reporting decks.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to define and refine reporting needs and support data-driven decision making.
  • Support administrative tasks related to reporting, systems updates, and document management.
  • Understand financial performance measures, dashboards, key performance measures, and business performance.
