About The Position

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for two operating companies, working closely with business units, finance leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, monitor, and analyze budgets. This role ensures expenditures align with organizational objectives, financial guidelines, and regulatory requirements while supporting informed decision-making across the business.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in finance, including budgeting, budget analysis, forecasting, and financial planning

  • Experience with SAP and BOBJ reporting tools (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Perform moderately complex financial analyses to evaluate the impact of business issues and decisions, recommending strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Assess the financial implications of strategic and tactical resource allocation plans on profitability, financial integrity, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop, review, and consolidate financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning and management decision-making.
  • Monitor actual spending against budgeted amounts, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide actionable insights into financial performance by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage financial oversight for critical or high-visibility projects beyond standard analyst responsibilities, as directed by leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies.
  • Support and collaborate with other financial analysts by resolving issues or removing obstacles that arise during project execution.
