The Financial Analyst supports enterprise‑wide financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision‑making. This role partners closely with corporate leadership and business unit executives to deliver insights that enhance performance, optimize capital allocation, and support growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑industry environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, project accounting or similar role.
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification.
Analytical thinking and problem‑solving
Business acumen across diverse industries
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach

Experience in multi‑industry or diversified holding company environments.
Familiarity with hospitality, gaming, construction, or real estate financial structures.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning.
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and prepare variance explanations for executive leadership.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
Provide financial insights to business unit leaders across construction, hospitality, gaming, media, and other divisions.
Evaluate operational KPIs and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and ROI assessments for strategic initiatives.
Assist with capital planning, cash‑flow forecasting, and investment evaluations.
Support M&A due diligence, integration analysis, and financial impact modeling.
Prepare executive‑level presentations, dashboards, and board‑ready materials.
Work with accounting, operations, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and streamline reporting processes.
Leverage ERP, BI tools, and financial systems to enhance analytical capabilities.
Provide financial tracking and analytical support for project‑level activities across multiple business units.
Maintain accurate project budgets, forecasts, and cost‑to‑complete schedules.
Perform detailed data entry for project financials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
Monitor project expenditures, commitments, and change orders to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls related to project accounting, reporting, and documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, accounting teams, and operations to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
Support process improvements that enhance data integrity, workflow efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
