About The Position

The Financial Analyst is part of a top-tier finance and analytics team which supports business leaders and executives in their efforts to make decisions to implement strategies and operational improvements that enhance the Company’s performance. This individual should work with high intensity and integrity possess intellectual curiosity and demonstrate both leadership abilities and a passion for excellence. The Financial Analyst will work with business partners to provide business insights and recommendations as well as to execute process improvements based on Company strategy and growth targets.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a drive to deliver results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel critical proficiency with PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in SQL or aptitude to become proficient quickly with training
  • Strong desire to learn and gain valuable experience in analytics finance cost analysis and applicable software tools.
  • Motivated self-starter; ability to accomplish goals independently.
  • Results oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Articulate and well-spoken; strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field)
  • 2+ years of applicable finance and/or accounting experience required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance and metric reporting dashboards on key performance indicators within the business.
  • Create modeling and sensitivity tools to provide insight analytics for core business drivers.
  • Assist in preparing in-depth financial modeling related to growth productivity and new strategic initiatives.
  • Identify ways to streamline data collection and reporting processes using various tools.
  • Maintain oversight on monthly commissions processes ensuring that commission payments for a variety of roles are calculated in accordance with pre-defined compensation plans while performing monthly and quarterly variance analysis on commission payouts.
  • Work with business leaders to analyze and determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet those goals.
  • Prepare professional presentation materials to be used internally and externally.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
  • Assist Leadership in budgeting and forecasting process.
