Provide valuable insights that directly influence strategic decision-making processes with strong emphasis on supporting our corporate, ready-mix concrete and asphalt businesses. Support collaborative efforts with various teams to work towards the development of comprehensive reports to support ongoing initiatives Assist in the development of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring accurate/reasonable targets are set with quality data inputs Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance / or related field
  • 0-5 years in financial analysis, data analytics or accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, with developed writing skills for reports, executive presentations, and business correspondence

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the organization's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, accurately assessing financial performance, appropriately communicating relevant information, and ensuring prompt delivery of results to leadership within set deadlines.
