About The Position

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting financial data, contributing to strategic decision-making, and ensuring the hospital's financial health. The ideal candidate is curious about numbers, data, business, and healthcare; Operations-based mindset is a plus. This role is a balance between financial analysis, business strategy, and implementation planning.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CFO and Finance team to develop, monitor, and analyze financial performance metrics, budgets, and forecasts.
Generate detailed financial reports, including variance analyses, and trend reports.
Utilize HBI/HPM cost accounting system to prepare contribution margin analysis report to aid in strategic decision making.
Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hospital operations, revenue generation, and expense management.
Gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various departments.
Contribute to the preparation of financial presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare finance.
Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as directed by the C FO or Manager, Finance.
Other duties as assigned.
