About The Position

Exciting opportunity to join Qualcomm’s One Finance team. We are looking for MBA or MS Finance/Accounting graduates to start from Summer 2026 as full-time Senior of Staff Financial Analyst in our San Diego headquarter. The successful candidate will be assigned to a role based on strengths and prior work experience. The position is strongly team-oriented and involves working within financial planning & analysis, business unit finance, technical accounting, internal audit, treasury, tax, and/or investor relations. Great opportunity in a high visibility role to provide analysis to the executive team while partnering with other organizations within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ year of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating no earlier than 2026
• 2+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
• 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
• 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• 1+ year in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business decisions.
• Provide insights to the management team on financial performance and trends.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
