About The Position

This position plays a crucial role in supporting the finance team through data management, performing financial analysis, and preparing financial reports for the firm and its business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from a four-year college or university
• Two (2) plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background and credit screen

Nice To Haves

• Investment Banking or Public Accounting experience is a plus
• Experience with MRI or comparable software is preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI or Snowflake is preferred
• Experience in Real Estate industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Prepare presentations, charts, and graphs for senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update financial models to project business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from internal and external sources.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and suggest ways to enhance financial performance
• Perform ad-hoc requests.
