About The Position
Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) is seeking a Financial Analyst for its administrative headquarters (System Office). This position will assist the Finance organization with preparation and analysis of the State System's consolidated operating budget; conducting standard and ad hoc financial analyses; performing special finance projects, which may affect individual universities or the System as a whole; and monitoring the financial health of universities. In addition, provide technical and analytical support to the System to ensure financial activities occurring within the System Office are being recorded properly, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) requirements.
