About The Position
We are seeking a Financial Analyst at FOCUS who will be integral to efforts to use data to improve decision making, increase efficiency, and drive profitability, in a vision-driven and growing organization. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities, maximize process efficiency, drive automation, and improve speed to delivery. Working in the Finance team at FOCUS means that you'll always be presented with a variety of new possibilities as you continue to enhance your skills within the Insurance space. This position reports to the Manager, FP&A, and is a hybrid role at our office in Chicago.
