About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant analytical experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously and meeting specific timelines/deliverables.

• Dairy or agriculture industry experience.
• Bilingual/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the crop, cattle, milk, and financial budgeting process for the farm organization.
• Collaborate with business partners and leadership to create a comprehensive budget periodically throughout the year.
• Create and maintain cattle and milk forecasts monthly.
• Contribute to insightful analyses and management reporting to inform operational decisions.
• Develop and maintain key metrics, dashboards, and financial reporting.
• Track and forecast capital expenditures vs. budget.
• Assist with the month-end feed reconciliation process.
• Support development and maintenance of data warehouse and related reports.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
