About The Position

CSI Companies is hiring a Financial Analyst for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Irvine, CA (near the intersection of Barranca Pkwy and Alton Pkwy). Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. Working from the office is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration. The Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the Operations Finance team by documenting complex processes and performing detailed model analysis that supports multiple Clinical Delivery Organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or analytics
• A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret complex risk adjustment programs across multiple Clinical Delivery Organizations
• Document existing processes and provide detailed model analyses
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement areas in financial workflows
• Assist with the development and implementation of finance and analytic models
• Support project management tasks and contribute to initiatives across the team
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity in reporting and modeling efforts
• Provide recommendations for process enhancements based on analysis findings
