About The Position

The Financial Analyst at City of Hope plays a crucial role in providing financial support to regional Finance, Operations, and Senior Management. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other Business Field.
• 1-3 years' healthcare finance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to regional Finance, Operations, and Senior Management.
• Support the regional forecast and annual budget processes.
• Conduct month-end financial analysis and assist with capital expenditure justifications.
• Monitor reimbursement with payors and support month-end tasks in conjunction with corporate accounting.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle, centralized coding/billing, and patient accounts functions.
• Assist with local compliance and regulatory affairs.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and support for special projects as needed.
