About The Position
The Financial Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst positions at AdventHealth Daytona Beach involve providing financial and decision support to the Regional Finance Manager, Regional Director of Budget and Finance, and local facility financial management. The Senior Financial Analyst will also provide training and mentorship to departmental Financial Analysts and may manage or coordinate the Finance team in the absence of the Finance Manager. Responsibilities include preparing and administering the region's budget, developing reports and graphs to meet the informational needs of the region's hospitals, and performing statistical, cost, reimbursement, and operational analyses using data from hospital information systems and Decision Support systems. Employees are expected to adhere to the Florida Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
