About The Position
The Financial Analyst role is a member of the Fidelity Institutional Central Finance Team, supporting highly visible projects across FI and the broader enterprise. The primary responsibilities of the role include joint management of the FI scorecard process, support of FI quarterly pipeline review, key participation in annual mutual fund and FMR LLC board updates, along with leading cross-functional and enterprise-wide analytics workstreams for FI. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop a broad and deep understanding of FI's businesses as well as the financial service industry, while delivering analyses and insights to drive decision-making for the business. This person will require an analytic mindset, strong collaboration skills, comprehensive problem solving, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity. Success will result in effective development and execution of the FI strategy and vision, along with analytics and insights to inform the FI senior management team.
