About The Position

The Financial Analyst position at SaarGummi Tennessee Inc. involves preparing financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements, to guide management decisions. The role requires coordination and implementation of reporting in line with SaarGummi standards, focusing on production, sales, project reporting, planning, and forecasting. The analyst will also be responsible for creating various reports, preparing budgets, and collaborating on continuous improvement projects across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance preferred but not required.
• Three (3) to six (6) years' experience in finance, ideally in increasingly responsible management positions within the Automotive Industry.
• Working knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems.
• Experience with SAP Finance & Controlling (3 years required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (5 years required).
• Experience in finance reporting in automotive manufacturing (3 years required).

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules.
• Coordinate and implement production, sales, project reporting, planning, and forecasting according to SaarGummi standards.
• Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets, including scenario reviews.
• Develop KPI-based cost accounting to calculate and update machine and labor rates.
• Conduct product cost controlling, including stock valuation and updating relevant cost factors for manufactured goods.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects with other departments.
• Support and participate in external and internal audits.
• Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, and cut costs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding governmental regulatory compliance.
