While each group has their own area of expertise, they are all looked upon as thought leaders responsible for understanding and communicating the data that drives our organization and makes us a global leader. Opportunities are available across a variety of areas within Corporate Finance, including Business / Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Financial Control .

Requirements

  • Recent graduates, or Spring / Summer 202 6 graduates
  • B achelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting , or Economics ( other majors may be considered)
  • Genuine interest in a Corporate Finance career
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with numbers and create financial presentations
  • Strong communication skills
  • A high level of curiosity
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient Excel skills (i.e., pivot tables, charts, v-look up, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship / co-op, or entry-level finance -related experience, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide business and project analytical support for critical finance initiatives
  • Perform a d-hoc analysis to address existing and new business needs
  • Identify and evaluat e ongoing profit-generating opportunities
  • Contribute to ongoing projects to be used in developing TJX strategy
  • Work cross functionally with TJX teams, such as TJX Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, and Marketing
  • Create and present projects, reports, and communications for Senior Management
