At SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain the top talent. Elements of the compensation package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 15+ years' experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience leading cross-domain planning meetings
  • Ability to work with various departments to facilitate orderly development of solution planning documentation
  • Experience in MS Office Products (MS Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
  • Experience drafting written communication for or to executive leadership.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills
  • An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Responsibilities

  • Leading discussions for solutions working groups/workshops.
  • Providing status updates on workshops.
  • Drafting and distributing meeting minutes and due outs
  • Coordinating with enterprise architect & divestiture solutions teams.
  • Identifying system gaps & recommending solutions.
  • Determine as-is system process and develop COAs for target system.
  • Leading COA development discussions
