About The Position

Plays a crucial role in supporting the finance team through data management, performing financial analysis and preparing financial reports for the firm and its business units as well as its corporate functions.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from a four-year college or university
Two (2) plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to successfully pass a background and credit screen

Nice To Haves

Investment Banking or Public Accounting experience is a plus
Experience in Real Estate industry preferred.
Experience with MRI or comparable software is preferred.
Experience with Power BI or Snowflake is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement within corporate SG&A functions (IT, Marketing, Administrative expenses).
Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from internal sources to identify opportunities for improvement within the SG&A functions of the company
Maintain and update financial models to project business performance.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
Prepare presentations, charts, and graphs for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and suggest ways to enhance financial performance
Perform ad-hoc requests.
