About The Position

At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses. Position Summary The Financial Analyst is a key member of Tactile’s Corporate FP&A team, partnering closely with Sales and Sales Analytics to support revenue growth through data driven insights. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the operational reporting infrastructure that supports the Sales organization, with a primary focus on sales compensation, commissions, quota management, and performance analytics. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross functionally. The analyst will help drive critical initiatives and expand FP&A capabilities through improved processes, technology, and business partnership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2+ years of financial analysis experience
  • Experience with one or more of the following tools or platforms: o Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, EPBCS, Essbase, Anaplan o SQL, Power Query, Alteryx o Power BI or Tableau

  • Experience with process improvement and change management
  • Proven ability to analyze and synthesize large, complex data sets

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day analytical and data support to the Sales Analytics team
  • Calculate monthly sales commissions and communicate results to the Sales organization
  • Respond to sales compensation inquiries accurately and in a timely manner
  • Summarize and analyze historical compensation data for leadership requested research and analysis
  • Maintain field team attribute data used across sales analytics and reporting deliverables
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and stewardship by applying best practices
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the field sales team and Sales Analytics
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned
