About The Position

The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for the management of monthly processing of distributor trace and rebate reporting completed by a third party, and other responsibilities listed below.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of related accounting experience
• Strong spreadsheet and database management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Must have flexibility in reacting to new situations, changing priorities, and adaptability for working in a deadline driven environment
• Must be a self-starter; and a 'hands-on' individual, who enjoys a challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile distributor reporting to schedules prepared by third party (Trace Process).
• Report monthly rebate discrepancies to distributors and resolve pricing issues.
• Responsible/manage the distributor reports and tracking log file and collaborate with A/R team in all levels.
• Support monthly/quarterly close process.
• Analyze monthly rebate % trends for distributors.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly GPO checks and reconcile reporting from Contract Administration.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Review contracts.
• Performs other duties or special projects as requested.
