About The Position
The Financial Analyst will provide financial and analytical support to Senior Financial Management, Group Logistics Managers, and Logistics Managers. This role involves various essential functions including the analysis of unbilled items, accounts payable processing, reconciliation of business functions, and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. The analyst will also act as a liaison with Ryder's Shared Services Center and Corporate Accounting group, assist upper management with special projects, and lead process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role includes month-end closing responsibilities and operational initiatives aimed at improving revenue and productivity across operations in the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
