Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field
0-3 years of experience in financial services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and problem solving
Recent college graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients
Prepare market insights, product overviews, and financial information to support client proposals and presentations
Manage deal flow ensuring timely communication and service delivery
Assist senior team members in preparing proposals and reviewing client financials
Conduct market research and develop prospecting campaigns around potential growth opportunities
Develop an in-depth understanding of the surety industry, including regulations and emerging trends
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients and underwriters
Participate in ongoing training to deepen industry knowledge and improve business development skills
