About The Position
The North Dakota Advanced Agriculture Technology Engine (FARMS) seeks a proactive and highly analytical Financial Analyst and Operations Specialist to support its complex federally funded program. This role is central to ensuring fiscal accuracy, grant compliance, and operational efficiency across the FARMS ecosystem-including NDSU, subaward partners, and community-based collaborators. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the NDSU Grant & Contract Accounting (GCA) team, Procurement, and the NSF reporting and compliance infrastructure to ensure timely, accurate reporting and alignment with project budgets and deliverables. Reporting to the CEO and working in coordination with the COO, this role supports strategic financial decision-making through data-driven analysis, forecasting, and system integration.
