About The Position

At Viking Engineering & Development, this isn't a typical Financial Analyst position. As an employee-owned company, every team member plays a direct role in shaping our success-and this role sits right at the center of it. You will have the opportunity to work closely with leadership and influence real business decisions, partner across finance, operations, supply chain, aftermarket parts, and production, and build and improve financial tools, reporting, and processes from the ground up. Because we are a mid-sized, hands-on organization, your ideas will be heard, your insights will matter, and your work will help move Viking to the next level. If you love variety, problem-solving, and understanding how a business truly runs, this is a role where you can thrive and leave your mark. Viking is seeking a Financial Analyst who is passionate about turning data into insights. In this role, you will support reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that directly inform strategic and operational decisions. You'll partner with the CFO, Controller, and Accountant, while also collaborating with operations, aftermarket parts, and the leadership team to ensure accurate data, strong cost controls, and clear visibility into business performance.
