About The Position
The Financial Analyst position within the Financial Planning & Analysis group will be responsible for consolidating quarterly forecast and annual plan for CIBC Bancorp USA, LLCs and US consolidated operations, monthly reporting and variance analysis, assisting in capital planning, and preparing the quarterly Board of Director reports. You will be part of the legal entity and management reporting consolidated reporting and planning team and will be creating presentations for executive management for the legal entity view of the Bank as well as the management reporting view. You will manage a junior analyst and look for opportunities for process improvements, while documenting processes and ensuring proper controls are in place to meet reporting and forecasting standards. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
