POSITION DUTIES The Division of Finance and Administration is seeking an enthusiastic individual to serve as the Fund Analyst. The Fund Analyst will be in charge of the servicing of a $187 million portfolio of venture capital programs, loan participation programs, loan guarantee programs, collateral support programs, and capital access programs provided by the Small Business Credit Initiative. The position must coordinate data from many units in the Department requiring an understanding of multiple technical areas including accounting, Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, capital markets, mortgage products and execution methodologies, underwriting, asset management, grant/loan agreements and required stated and federal reporting, debt management, compliance to State and Federal regulations and loan servicing.
