About The Position

Why join our team Options For All is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Intern to join our team this summer. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to strategic financial planning, analyze key operational results, and support high-impact projects that drive business success. As a Financial Analyst Intern, you’ll work closely with experienced finance professionals who will mentor you as you develop long-range plans, prepare executive-level presentations, and gain valuable insights into corporate finance and strategy. This internship will be starting on June 1, 2026 and ending on August 7, 2026. This role requires intern to work 100% onsite in our San Diego HQ. Housing assistance and stipends are not provided. Qualifications What you’ll be doing As a Financial Analyst Intern at Options For All, you will: Thorough understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and processes end-to-end with a strong attention to detail Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Ability to work under tight deadlines Must be detail oriented and very organized with the ability to multi-task to deliver timely output and handle shifting priorities professionally Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Able to communicate quantitative information in a qualitative manner Excellent problem-solving skills in a team environment Ability to understand business objectives and requirements, organize and interpret results, and deliver insights and recommendations through effective reporting Be open to and accepting of a rapidly changing dynamic business environment Natural curiosity and a lifelong learner

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Current student or recent graduate in Finance or a related field
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Thorough understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and processes end-to-end with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Must be detail oriented and very organized with the ability to multi-task to deliver timely output and handle shifting priorities professionally
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
