About The Position

This position will be responsible for providing high level planning and analytical support for the Finance Division. This includes closely assisting the finance lead to analyze data and provide insights, create and maintain reports, budgeting, and modeling. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and a strong technical aptitude that they can leverage to increase the productivity and efficiency of the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in operational, financial or general business analysis
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • Ability to follow-through on deliverables and pay attention to details in the midst of multiple projects and deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with relational databases
  • Experience with SQL, SAS, or Alteryx
  • Experience with Hyperion Planning
  • Ability to navigate unstructured problem solving
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Supports the ongoing design, development, deployment and maintenance of reports
  • Assists in budgeting, key trackers, and analysis to drive key initiatives of the business
  • Serves as point of contact for club operators to answer ad hoc questions
  • Presents and partners with operations leadership on select business initiatives
  • Analyzes month end reporting for variances and creates action plan to review with finance leadership and operations
