In this role, you will function as a primary resource for operating units regarding the collection of data, analysis and evaluation of operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets and procedures. A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. This position is onsite at Main Campus for the first 90 days, then transitions to a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field AND two years of statistical analysis experience OR A Master's degree and one year of experience OR An Associate's degree and four years of experience OR A High School diploma/GED and six years of experience
  • Accounting skills
  • Basic computer skills such as word and excel

Responsibilities

  • Function as a primary resource for operating units regarding the collection of data, analysis and evaluation of operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets and procedures.
  • Complete invoices, accounts reconciliation and budget negotiation.
  • Assist in negotiating with sponsors and resolving complex or challenging expenses.
  • Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.
  • Analyze departmental resources, services, systems, budgets and programs.
  • Prepare reports based on analysis.
  • Conduct comprehensive statistical analysis and evaluation of unit services and performance.
  • Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses and financial impact and identify opportunities for service and program improvement.
  • Develop special reports and recommendations.
  • Provide input in the development of operational plans, procedures and systems.
  • Review and evaluate current procedures and systems and develop recommendations for improvements.
