About The Position

The Financial Analyst II is responsible for collecting data from multiple systems, analyzing it, and preparing financial projections and reports with thorough documentation. This role involves developing financial models, conducting complex spending analyses, and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the Analyst may be tasked with preparing capital and operating budgets, daily statistical and financial data reporting, and performing ad hoc data analysis. Other duties within the scope of the role may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
• Demonstrated proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple financial activities simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs
• Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience
• A minimum of 2-6 years’ experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
