About The Position

The Financial Analyst II is responsible for preparing management reports, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis. This position does not supervise associates. The role involves supporting quarterly forecast updates, collaborating with business partners to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. The analyst will perform monthly OneStream People Planning (PLP) reconciliations, ensuring workforce plans are aligned with financial forecasts. Additionally, the analyst will conduct monthly payroll analysis to monitor labor costs and identify trends or anomalies. Responsibilities also include preparing month-end reporting packages, summarizing financial performance for leadership review, and assisting in the creation of the monthly Flash Report, highlighting key financial metrics and business drivers. The role requires maintaining PMPM (Per Member Per Month) reporting, providing insights into cost efficiency and operational performance, reviewing and approving Workday requisitions (REQs) to ensure alignment with budget and staffing plans, and managing Coupa approvals for non-labor spending. The analyst will partner with Business Performance Management within Enterprise Population Health to understand and isolate key financial model inputs and drivers, including member mix, acuity, volume, and model changes. The position also supports QIA (Quality Improvement & Assurance) staffing initiatives, ensuring financial alignment with operational goals and workforce strategies. Compliance with all policies and standards is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum two years financial analysis or equivalent experience.

  • Strong expertise in Excel (Pivot table, V & H-Lookup, and SUMIFS).
  • Financial modeling and forecasting experience.
  • OneStream experience.
  • People Soft GL inquiry experience.
