JOB PROFILE SUMMARY: The core functionality is to provide analysis in support of the Operational Finance Team. The Financial Analyst I is expected to provide critical analysis and communicate clearly with all stakeholders. This position is expected to organize information and propose solutions for the reporting and communication of financial information to operational leaders. To be successful in this position, the desired candidate would have strong communication skills, analytical orientation, technical capabilities, strong sense of urgency, and a willingness and desire to learn. Success in this position will also be determined by vision, execution, and follow-through on all aspects of the job. The expectation is that the candidate will operate in a complex, information asymmetric and fast-paced environment where in they deliver results consistently and accurately. CORE VALUES Agility: Due to the rigorous pace set by the CFO’s office and sales team the ability to change direction without hesitation and apprehension is essential. Respect: In all communication internally and externally the Financial Analyst is expected to provide professional and unbiased analysis. This analysis will be reviewed by the Sr. Analysts and Director of Operational Finance where they can then provide guidance on the proper course of action. Courage: When interacting with all levels of management it is important to ensure that all models and analysis are aligned with the success and growth of the company, regardless of the other parties’ position within the organization. The Financial Analyst will ensure that the financial data is clean and prepared for analysis by the more senior members of the team. Collaboration: The Financial Analyst is expected to work with all members of the finance team to help facilitate a team environment.
