As a Financial Analyst I, you will prepare, analyze, and report key financial and revenue cycle management (RCM) information, developing both standard and ad hoc reports to support the needs of the enterprise. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects within a dynamic team, providing exposure and professional growth while contributing to the organization’s financial health and compliance. A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. Candidates must reside locally (Cleveland, Northeast Ohio, or Columbus) and be available to attend occasional in-person events, such as team-building activities and town halls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field OR Associate’s Degree and two years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience
  • Ability to complete basic analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.
  • Knowledge of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development

Nice To Haves

  • One year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification
  • Business or customer service experience
  • Interest in working with data (financial, healthcare)
  • Ability to perform and teach month end responsibilities
  • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Basic technical aptitude

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information and provide support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.
  • Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
  • Complete special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
  • Investigate variances and trends and explain effectively.
  • Compile and validate moderate financial data.
  • Build financial models and use or build databases.
  • Fulfill moderate ad hoc reporting requests.
