Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent work experience
• Relevant work or internship experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MS Access
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, etc.)
• 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA
• Proven ability to work efficiently, prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a team player
• Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Research resolving Agent commission related inquiries, requiring thorough investigation of each unique situation to determine the proper course of action
• Collaborating with various teams outside of the Finance Department to ensure best business practices
• Support Manual payment processes based upon Business Rules
• Working with high volume sets of data utilizing MS Access
• Performing variance analysis, data reconciliations and regularly reporting updates
• Supporting Ad-Hoc business requests and reporting needs
• Assisting with User Acceptance Testing efforts
