Requirements

  • Excel Expertise: High proficiency with formulas, Pivot Tables, and organizing large datasets.
  • Eye for Detail: Strong focus on consistency, from alignment and fonts to formula accuracy.
  • Clarity: The ability to present numbers in a way that is clear and accessible to all users.
  • Reliability: A commitment to ensuring every report is accurate, polished, and ready for review.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, data management, or a reporting-heavy role in healthcare.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (must be proficient with, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation).
  • Data Visualization: Proven ability to create clean, executive-level dashboards and charts.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of precision in formatting, ensuring consistency across all documents and presentations.

Nice To Haves

  • Software Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.

Responsibilities
