About The Position

Utilize your superior analytical skills and knowledge of accounting principles to provide business intelligence on key drivers and financial performance of assigned Business Units on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Your outstanding judgment will help ensure accurate financial reporting and guide management in making informed decisions.

Requirements

Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
Strong skills in Excel and experience with SAP.
Experience in month-end close activities and journal entries.
Ability to reconcile financial data and ensure accuracy.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3-5 years of experience in finance.
Background in accounting standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting for assigned Business Units.
Prepare and review budget versus actual comparisons to support business unit performance.
Utilize preferred accounting standards to ensure accurate financial information and advise management on future activities impacting profitability and financial objectives.
Prepare and review month-end close activities, including the analysis of complex financial information to create and review journal entries impacting the financial condition.
Communicate key drivers of financial performance and provide forward-looking guidance on financial trends to the team.
Oversee financial activities for multiple areas to ensure consistency.
Upload budget data to SAP (BPC module) for responsible business unit(s) and ensure budget accuracy.
