About The Position

This position involves providing financial analysis to support senior leadership in decision-making and the growth of the retail pharmacy program, while also advising technical staff on 340B operations and compliance across all UPHS entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Science in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Required)
• MBA or MS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Accountable for daily management of all facets of the 340B Program at HUP, including software maintenance and optimization
• Reconciliation and determination of 340B Retail Patient Eligibility for all UPHS Retail Pharmacies
• Responsible to maintain 340B compliance
• Timely and accurate completion of routine analysis
• Participate in routine 340B Auditing at HUP sites
• Daily monitoring of inventory management & purchasing patterns at HUP
• Accounting support and reconciliation of the HUP Ambulatory Pharmacy Program as assigned. Monitor Results and provide recommendations of areas of concern
• Responsible for management and completion of special projects as assigned
• Providing financial support to Senior Business Analyst, Business Manager, Director of Business Operations; CAO, CFO and entity leadership
