About the Role: Responsible for drafting the following: the quarterly financial statements and 10-Q reports the annual financial statements and 10-K reports Assist with preparing PVH’s cash flow statement Draft and coordinate the 10-Q and 10-K disclosure related requests to the North America and International divisions Review disclosure packages and work with global finance partners to resolve any questions Assist with iXBRL tagging and e-filing with the SEC for 10-Q and 10-K reports Assist with preparation of various other SEC reports, as needed Interact and liaise with external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audits, including assisting with variance analysis and SOX controls Assist with execution of U.S. Department of Commerce and other census reports Provide support with accounting research and peer benchmarking analysis, document findings and conclusion

  • Drafting the quarterly financial statements and 10-Q reports
  • Drafting the annual financial statements and 10-K reports
  • Assist with preparing PVH’s cash flow statement
  • Draft and coordinate the 10-Q and 10-K disclosure related requests to the North America and International divisions
  • Review disclosure packages and work with global finance partners to resolve any questions
  • Assist with iXBRL tagging and e-filing with the SEC for 10-Q and 10-K reports
  • Assist with preparation of various other SEC reports, as needed
  • Interact and liaise with external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audits, including assisting with variance analysis and SOX controls
  • Assist with execution of U.S. Department of Commerce and other census reports
  • Provide support with accounting research and peer benchmarking analysis, document findings and conclusion
  • 2+ years’ experience in either public accounting or corporate external reporting required.
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Experience with preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual who challenges the status-quo.
  • Action oriented.
  • Must be well organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong time management skills required, given tight SEC reporting deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships, team-oriented
  • CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAC is a plus
  • Previous experience with iXBRL is a plus
