About The Position

Ulteig is seeking a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Enterprise FP&A team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to key financial planning and analysis activities while continuing to build expertise in corporate finance. You'll work closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives that drive business performance. You'll also help explore and apply emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance financial insights and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with tools like Workday Adaptive Planning, Power BI, Dynamics 365, or is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in applying AI or machine learning tools in financial analysis is a strong advantage.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of annual budgets and financial plans.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to gather inputs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights that inform business decisions.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in presenting financial data.
  • Contribute to the forecasting process by maintaining models and updating projections based on business conditions.
  • Leverage AI tools and techniques to automate data analysis, identify patterns, and generate predictive insights.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide financial data and analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Track financial performance against targets and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in efforts to improve FP&A processes and tools.
  • Help implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Build relationships across departments and communicate financial information effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences.
  • Support the treasury team in preparing quarterly reports for the Audit Committee.
  • Collaborate with accounts payable and treasury to complete monthly credit card reconciliations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of various presentations.
  • Provide assistance to Treasury on ad-hoc requests.
