About The Position

This role will support a broad range of financial and strategic activities, including ad hoc analysis and reporting, financial presentations, peer benchmarking, and forecasting. A key responsibility will be leading the budgeting process for G&A, corporate functions, and other non‑mining locations. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, curious self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities with confidence. Success in this position requires building strong cross‑functional relationships and helping craft clear, effective messaging for the management team. The role offers significant exposure to all departments across the organization and is well‑suited for someone eager to understand the business end to end.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required. A degree in finance, business or accounting preferred
2 to 5 years of experience in either FP&A, Accounting or Treasury
Experience planning for corporate activities preferred
Understanding of finance, accounting, financial statements, and good financial modeling skills
Enjoy collaborating but are also able to work independently
Execute efficiently with strong organizational skills and high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Resourceful with sharp problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Can quickly dissect and convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

Oracle EPBCS Planning and Budgeting Cloud experience preferred but not a prerequisite

Responsibilities

Support in corporate aspects of the budgeting and forecasting process, including spearheading meetings with department heads to discuss G&A, capex budgets, and other corporate/non-mining functions.
Help maintain Oracle EPBCS Planning System, including troubleshooting and system enhancements
Automate existing ad hoc reports and create dashboards to ensure data integrity and reliability
Research, prepare, and update drafts of PowerPoint slides for presentations
Prepare draft documents of external and internal announcements for review
Solicit, gather, and oversee organization of internal support materials for quarterly earnings materials
Support Senior Management and department heads with in-depth financial analysis
Improve existing models for added sensitivity functionality, forward trends, and additional metrics
Build and maintain complex financial models to assist in Business Development and M&A initiatives
Perform economic analysis to aid financial decision-making
Work on other ad hoc projects and deliverables
