This role will support with all aspects of planning, analysis, and reporting for Athlete Marketing. This person will work alongside the Athlete sub-verticals (Athlete Marketing, Aviation, Mass Action, and Squads) and support in resource allocation, evaluating direct and indirect spend, and driving reporting and forecasting. This position will be responsible for all areas of Athlete Compensation planning (Base Comp, Bonus/Bonus Hedging, Athlete Marketing expenses, etc). It will also support the Athlete Performance Center, and be responsible for Consumer Marketing Indirect budgets during planning, reporting, and close. This role will be responsible for approximately $33M in Direct marketing budget and will serve as a business partner (along with the Director of Marketing Finance) to the Sr Director of Athlete Marketing and their direct reports.
