The Boeing Company is seeking a Financial Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) to join the team in Everett, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to support the high-visibility KC-46 Tanker program. A successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who collaborates effectively and builds strong partnerships with key stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in finance related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • 1+ years of experience with financial forecasting and budget creation

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and best practices
  • Knowledge of the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Review Earned Value Management (EVM) data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance
  • Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
  • Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections and assessments using financial and business knowledge and experience
  • Build relationships and collaborate across multiple business and financial stakeholders to develop solutions and drive results
  • Prepare contractual cost reporting deliverables (e.g., IPMDAR, CSDR)
  • Support the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
  • Support Estimate to Budget Baselines
  • This position requires the ability to work on-site at our Everett, Washington facility
