Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Financial Analyst Associate. In this role, you will provide financial analysis and support to programs within the F-35 Development segment at Lockheed Martin RMS (Rotary and Mission Systems). This role is responsible for the Earned Value Management on various programs as well as various ad-hoc financial analyses. This role works closely with other functions on the team such as Program Management, CAMs (Control Account Managers), and Planning. Other aspects of the job include establishing budget baselines, ensuring realistic EACs (Estimates at Complete) and ETCs (Estimates to Complete), tracking and communicating funding status, tracking any changes to the budget baseline, creating any required monthly reporting, and in general, providing supportive financial guidance to other team members on the program. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Earned Value Management, the ability to successfully partner with and explain financial concepts to their Program Management, Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Planning team members. Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements
