As a Financial Analyst in Ambulatory Care Operations, you will support our Division of Community and Population Health across the different ACN sites. You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling, and preparing financial reports. This includes financial tracking and monitoring of various funding sources including grants and contracts against Hospital and University accounting reports and statements. You will prepare and maintain timely spreadsheets detailing expenditures of all Hospital special fund accounts to facilitate their reconciliation against accounting reports. Additionally, you will identify barriers and address or escalate as needed, negotiating changes to commitments with relevant stakeholders. You will work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and assist in the modification of existing reports and development of new reports to monitor metrics and measure the impact of projects. As a Financial Analyst, you'll work closely with Divisional and NYPH leadership to manage a portfolio of projects, partner with analytics specialists to develop performance improvement dashboards, identify project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and submit project reports to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of budget procedures.
  • Knowledge of third-party cost reports.
