PCHC is seeking a highly skilled, strategic Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in guiding organizational decision-making. You’ll translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, influence budget strategy, and help identify opportunities that strengthen our ability to deliver high-quality, mission-driven care. Project Leadership & Execution: Lead and support a variety of finance and accounting initiatives, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are accurate and actionable. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, business administration or related field. Must demonstrate a clear understanding of accounting principles.
At least 5 years’ experience in a financial accounting environment (and preferably healthcare experience) required.
Advanced knowledge of Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookup, xlookup, index and match), word processing and general ledger software required.

Responsibilities
