Financial Analyst 3

About the position

WEX is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team, supporting the SaaS businesses of Growth Mobility and EV. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A. This role is flexible to work remotely from Portland, ME, Boston, MA, Washington D.C., and Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and support to the SVP of Growth Mobility and SVP of EV.
• Work independently and with key stakeholders to deliver quality and timely analysis and insights.
• Analyze and report on P&L actuals vs budget variances, while undertaking budgeting & forecasting.
• Support, influence and drive key strategic and operational decisions within Growth Mobility and EV functions.
• Help drive KPIs and own monthly reporting.
• Identify potential efficiencies and drive automation within FP&A team's reporting in collaboration with data team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5 years of financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Financial Analysis skills including SaaS.
• Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx, UI Path, Tableau highly preferred.
• Proactive and able to work independently yet can also work in a team environment.
• Ability to work and achieve deadlines.
• Results oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
