About The Position

Requirements

• Working knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems.
• Minimum 3 years' experience providing administrative support to a leadership position.
• Experience using Visio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated advanced computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience supporting information services unit.
• Knowledge of University and Medical Center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms.
• Finance or contract/legal background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and administrative support to leadership.
• Utilize productivity applications and troubleshoot as necessary.
• Create and produce complex reports using Excel and Access.
• Analyze contract terms and conditions and make recommendations.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
