Key Responsibilities Analyze multifamily property financials, including operating statements, rent rolls, trailing twelve-month reports, and budgets Develop and review detailed budgeting models and pro forma financial statements Evaluate market trends using surveys, market studies, and third-party data to support assumptions and forecasts Assess revenue and expense assumptions, capital expenditures, and risk factors Identify variances, trends, and opportunities to optimize asset performance Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of budgeting or financial analysis experience within multifamily real estate Strong understanding of multifamily operating metrics and financial statements Ability to read and interpret market survey data Proven ability to analyze market data, surveys, and trends and incorporate them into budgeting models Experience building and reviewing pro formas with sound assumptions Onsite property management experience preferred but not required Advanced Excel skills High attention to detail with the ability to think critically and strategically
