About The Position

The Boeing Company - Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) is looking for a Financial Analysis Manager (Level K) based out of Everett or Renton, Washington or Seal Beach, California. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by providing finance support to BCA programs and functions. This position offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, business or related role.
• 1+ years of experience leading projects or teams.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience as a manager of people.
• Experience presenting and communicating data in senior leadership briefings.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and motivate individual contributors.
• Lead the execution of budget and finance activities.
• Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to your business partner by providing valuable business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support the execution of operational statement of work, including their financial performance to budgets/plans and opportunity/risk evaluation.
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports, across functions and programs.
